Processing will take between 2-3 business days. Shipping for domestic orders will take 2-5 business days. Please allow extra time during peak promotion times, weekends/holidays. Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only.
Direct signature may be required for purchases on items $150 and higher. Signature requirements are the same for USPS, FedEx Express, and FedEx Ground US Shipments. If no one is present to sign at the address, your courier will reattempt.

International customers may incur import duty and tax charges. It is recommended to contact your local customs authority to determine the landed price prior to purchase completion. International credit cards will be charged in accordance with applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
The customer is responsible for all customs charges. If a customs charge is refused by the customer and Got Drip is responsible for the shipping of the product back, the charge will come out of the customers refund.
FREE ITEMS SHIPPING
Orders with free items are required to pay for shipping. Only one free item is allowed per order. If a customer orders more than one free item, only one item will be shipped, or the customer will have to pay the shipping fee specified for each one of the free items in the order.
All returns must be authorized by email, email@example.com. Please email us to initiate your return. Got Drip does not offer refunds once you have received your order. Returns must be received within 7 days of you receiving your order to be eligible for exchange or a store credit. All products returned must be in original unused condition, without any tags removed. Products returned damaged, worn-out or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to customer.
All charges related to shipping are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for cost of shipping for returns/exchanges on undamaged items and if the customer rejects a package they are responsible for all additional shipping costs incurred. Returns are eligible only for store credit, unless stated otherwise during the evaluation process. All items sold at a discounted price are final sale. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt. Got Drip reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. In the event a package is returned by USPS, your payment will be refunded minus the actual fee of shipping, and we will contact you to confirm receipt.
